Amanda Best is the leader of Blue Mug Services. She spent 20 years in the legal industry in various capacities, including as an attorney and e-discovery project manager. She received her law degree from City University of New York School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Amanda is a member of the Society for Technical Communication and The Learning Guild. She has completed courses in:
